5. Shipping & Click & Collect

Shipping times may vary based on carrier delays and location.
Click & Collect is by appointment only and must be confirmed via SMS/Email before arriving.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hijabs or headscarves unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us at info@ornaa.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information for all orders. We may cancel or limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order.
