Refunds & Returns Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hijabs or headscarves. Please choose carefully when placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at info@ornaa.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and photos of the issue to assist us in assessing your claim.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
This policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, under which customers are entitled to a remedy for faulty or incorrect goods.
