Frequently asked questions

What is the refund/return policy?

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hijabs and headscarves. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at info@ornaa.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds (where approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Australia Wide Shipping: Delivery Time and Cost

We ship across Australia via Australia Post:

  • Standard Shipping: $10
  • Express Shipping: $15
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $100

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping: Delivery Time and Cost

We ship worldwide via Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.

All international orders include tracking. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing in the destination country.

Pick up your order free of charge from our ORNAA Office:
Unit 4/43 Heathcote Rd, Moorebank NSW 2170 

(Fully Promoted Liverpool signboard)

Select Click & Collect at checkout, and we’ll contact you to arrange a pickup time. 

Please do not arrive without confirmation, as your order may not be ready.
