AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING

We ship across Australia using Australia Post.

Delivery Options & Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $10

  • Express Shipping: $15

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $100

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide using Australia Post International services.

Delivery Details

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.

  • All international orders include tracking.

  • Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

CLICK & COLLECT (By Appointment Only)

Click & Collect is available free of charge through the following options:

1. Personal Pickup (By Arrangement)

If you know us personally or have arranged a pickup directly with the Ornaa team, we will confirm an appointment time and location with you after checkout.

2. Ornaa Office Pickup

You may collect your order from our Ornaa Office by appointment only:

Unit 4/43 Heathcote Rd, Moorebank NSW 2170

Select Click & Collect at checkout and we will contact you to confirm your pickup appointment.

Please do not arrive without confirmation — all pickups are strictly by appointment only.
